Structural engineer for fire safety equipment – senior

Ampeng s.r.o. is looking for new, capable colleagues for the position: Senior Structural Engineer. The position is suitable for a university/secondary school graduate specialized in a technical field (STEM subject) with relevant work experience. We offer full training, work within a young team, and fair remuneration. Full-time job in Prague.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• Designing sprinkler extinguishers, water mist extinguishers, and other fire extinguishing systems
• Participating in work on major buildings in the Czech Republic and abroad
• Working with the software Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Communication with clients and design offices
• Building inspections in the implementation phase, designer’s supervision

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• University or secondary education with a technical specialization (STEM)
• Advanced user knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Knowledge of platforms (CDE) such as Autodesk BIM 360, Trimble Connect, Bentley ProjectWise, or Daluxe.
• Experience from the field (also during studies)
• Technical thinking and an aptitude for teamwork
• Independence, a willingness to take the initiative, to develop one’s skills, and to educate oneself
• Driving license Group B

WHAT ELSE DO WE VALUE?

• A global language at a communicative level (English, Russian, German)
• Knowledge of SW for hydraulic calculations like HydraCAD
